Setup guide

Connect your store to Studio.

  1. Sign in with the Google account that owns your Studio flows.
  2. In WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API, create a read/write key for an appropriate store user.
  3. Connect your store in app settings using its final HTTPS address. No extra WordPress plugin is required.
  4. Install this connector from Google Workspace Marketplace when the listing is available.
  5. In Studio, create a flow, select a connector starter, choose the store and turn it on.
  6. Map the sample fields to your Sheets, Chat or other available steps. Use Send sample event in app settings to test a selected active starter.
  7. Check Studio activity and app delivery history.

Actions and request references

Map the starter’s requestReference into every store action’s request reference. Add a fixed step suffix when the same action appears more than once in a flow. Keep the reference unchanged when retrying the same intended action. Reusing it with different inputs is rejected.

Order status changes and other store apps may send email or run automations. Internal note actions always use private staff notes. Creating products defaults to draft.

Stock and status observations

There is no separate standard stock webhook. Stock uses managed stock changes observed in product updates. Status and stock comparisons start after the first observation establishes a baseline. Events arriving out of timestamp order cannot move that baseline backwards.

Pricing and retention

$9/month for one store, including team access and 10,000 monthly operations. A delivered starter or completed step counts as one operation. No trial or bundle is currently offered. Pending payloads expire after seven days; retained action results expire after 30 days. Duplicate identifiers remain to prevent old retries from repeating writes.

Uncertain writes are stopped for review. Replaying an old event or sending a sample can execute the configured flow actions.
